1. How am I supposed to do my job when the program I use basically doesn't work!UPDATE: Developer updated the app and now it does not crash, no other complaints!! New update, now its crashing constantly on android.

1. Fix Tenstreet Dashboard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tenstreet Dashboard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tenstreet Dashboard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tenstreet Dashboard" » Open Tenstreet Dashboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tenstreet Dashboard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tenstreet Dashboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tenstreet Dashboard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tenstreet Dashboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tenstreet Dashboard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tenstreet Dashboard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tenstreet Dashboard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tenstreet Dashboard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tenstreet Dashboard not working

2. Fix Tenstreet Dashboard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tenstreet Dashboard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
