ML Wallet Customer Insights

1. it always say that you have to screenshot for refund, and the transaction history doesnt reflected what the status is., if it is pending or failed, compared before they dont even have a number in their app so that the customer can call right away for whatever problem they may encounter do we need to waste our timeDear Sir or Madam, I am writing to register a complaint with you regarding your poor service, and your unfulfilled service by your app that I experienced earlier when I used your app in eLoad.

2. Mlhuillier needs to remove this app until they are absolutely sure it is not taking customer's money.App keeps updating twice a month and the system still crashes, I cannot find this convenient and reliable.I just updated the app today and when I try to open the app it won't open like it's crashing.

3. ID photo-taker lags if ID presented is not driver's licenseive tried to load for how many times and its been rejected and my wallet balance has been deducted and theres no immediate refund at all, compared to the other e-wallet services,.

4. What I want to suggest to the developer that, it should also the OTP be received thru email so that if there is no phone network but having a wifi signal, still can perform transaction using this app.Not user friendly.

5. How can i withdraw my money or make a transaction it cannot be open anymoreVerification - Slow to respond app even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

6. On the landing page you can upload your ID and selfie, however I was not instructed that I still need to go to the nearest branch near me to gain fill up forms and and be verified by the branch.

7. Its the fourth time you deducted my balance without fulfill my eLoad and I didn't get a refund.

9. App will require you take a photo of your ID using in-app camera which doesnt even do anything.

10. The camera will take a pic but doesn't upload the ID picture so it just stays there asking you to take a photo.

11. I am hoping you would take proper steps so that no other customer feels humiliated the way I did.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ML Wallet Issues

1. Fix ML Wallet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ML Wallet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ML Wallet App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ML Wallet" » Open ML Wallet » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ML Wallet » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ML Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ML Wallet servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ML Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ML Wallet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ML Wallet might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ML Wallet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ML Wallet then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ML Wallet not working


2. Fix ML Wallet Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ML Wallet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ML Wallet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ML Wallet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
