I have send my concern to your email, i already try the verification again for multiple times but still getting the same issue.I've been trying to log in to my account but there is a pop up saying that there's an error..no matter how many times I attempted logging in still there's an error..so I just decided to uninstall the app coz it just occupy space in my phone's memory..Awesome for providing Login Credit 0.25¢/day but better if: 1)you'll do that also in Savings Earnings on a daily basis just like othe mobile wallet app connected to a local bank.

2. Also, there's no option to change your mobile number in case you lost your mobile phone/number.Buying load with the need to input OTP that takes a lifetime to be received is not a necessity for this feature.

The customer service help desk when I tried to contact them was not really helpful since they are not answering my questions (lacking of common sense and redundancy)The verification is too difficult i have been doing the verification more than 20 times it always failed even if you follow the instruction.

4. NOT USER-FRIENDLY.Good morning RCBC DISKARTECH, I entered the correct OTP for transfer of fund but it tells incorrect resulting to blocking of my account.

6. I'm also trying to withdraw money from my unvalidated account by withdrawing it to the other banks but it is hard to get an OTP to finalize the transaction.

2. Update the RCBC DiskarTech Savings App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RCBC DiskarTech Savings" » Open RCBC DiskarTech Savings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RCBC DiskarTech Savings » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RCBC DiskarTech Savings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RCBC DiskarTech Savings servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RCBC DiskarTech Savings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RCBC DiskarTech Savings app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RCBC DiskarTech Savings might not work.
