Atlas Earth Customer Insights
1. I hope the developers continue to work on adding more features!Since the last update I watch ads but then don't get the reward while the screen looks like it is trying to que up another ad.
2. I've been using it for about 3 months now, and am generating around $0.24 a day (with 68 properties, 1 passport and boosting with ads every 6 hours) I've only gotten atlas bucks via 2 free options and total $8.69 with 1 PayPal withdrawal The ads are repeative, but they are arnt that bad.
3. The game also gets stuck on the loading screen to the point where it's currently almost unplayable.They update the app constantly but do not ever fix the actually issues with the game.
4. The game has an annoying pop-up to remind you to shop at their aponsored stores.
5. Especially since it seems like the game gets updated once a week.Stability and the daily wheel spin have improved.
6. This pop-up is ALL THE TIME! Watch ad for boost...pop-up before and after.
7. Not a big deal by itself but may become worse.I had dropped the rating from 5* to 3* since the Apps geolocation doesn't work 85% of the time.
8. The game is good and if you have the patience I think you will make money.
9. The Geotracking doesn't pick up my exact location whenever I'm going places around town, and it thinks I'm around 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile away.
10. The app is fun and all but the reason I have it as 4/5 is due to the game taking a while to load in and sometimes I'll have to restart the app to get into it.
11. Log in...pop-up. Switch tabs....pop-up. UGH! If you actually had an important message,I would probably miss it due the habit you've created in me to close it.This app is ok.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Atlas Earth Issues
1. Fix Atlas Earth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Atlas Earth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Atlas Earth App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Atlas Earth" » Open Atlas Earth - Buy Virtual Land » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Atlas Earth » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Atlas Earth - Buy Virtual Land app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Atlas Earth servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Atlas Earth - Buy Virtual Land" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Atlas Earth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Atlas Earth might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Atlas Earth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Atlas Earth then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Atlas Earth not working
2. Fix Atlas Earth Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Atlas Earth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Atlas Earth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Atlas Earth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

The app doesn't work at all for me on my android device. I have a smamsung galaxy s22+ but I know my account work because it works on my wife's IPhone. But it stopped working for my android. Please help! All it does is load and get to 99% and immediately crashes and closes. No error messages given.

I have been hacked on my FB account and this app is not letting me get into it without my account up. I had read where all I needed was my phone number but I'm not given that option. How can I keep my account if I'm not able to access my FB account? I have spent a lot of money so far in this app and would like to keep my progress.

Went to check my account this morning and went to go cash out $3,000 to my PayPal. Clicked the cashout to PayPal. Then entered my email and entered the amount I wanted to cash out which was $3,000 then went into my PayPal to verify my email was correct and when I went back to the app the money was gone

I went out today to collect diamonds. I don't know the exact amount I collected but it was probably around 15 or 20. When I got home I checked to see how many I had so I could spin the wheel and it said I only had 1 diamond. So it didn't give me credit for any of the others I collected. I even tried closing the open and reopening it but nothing happened. Can you please credit the diamonds that I collected to my account.

I payed $15 on the app to buy more property and I didn't get the atls coins to do it so now I am getting upset with the company that you have and I am not happy so I think you should give me the atlas coins but time's it by 10x
