3. I get super frustrated, however, because my husband and I have a joint bank account and we both have this app to log into our account, and it keeps making me verify my device even though my husband and I have gone through the verification process many times.

10. However there has GOT to be a way to update/maintain the app that does not involve completely shutting it down and taking away all access from account holders.
