1. Can't get into my account, keeps saying I'm giving wrong credentials or my account is disabled! Please fix this!FFCU bank tellers are friendly, and quick to assist.
2. My husband is the primary and we are not together during the day so when I need to check the balance in OUR account, I'm not able to because I need to have a verification notice sent to his phone or email and he is not able to get back in touch with me with that code.
3. I get super frustrated, however, because my husband and I have a joint bank account and we both have this app to log into our account, and it keeps making me verify my device even though my husband and I have gone through the verification process many times.
