Microsoft 365 (Office) Customer Insights

1. Unacceptable that microsoft seems to be withholding such a simple feature from a large chunk of it's paying customers while others recieve the promised feature. When using this app for SharePoint docs it's a bit cumbersome.

2. It seems that this problem is a common one as well, does anyone care to solve this issue? And also it happens on the other Microsoft apps as well.I would have rated this a 5 star till this.

3. But this app needs serious work and serious support, neither of which have been evident. It's convenient to have these formats and apps available in one place.

4. Yes we all know Office 365 has a new look and how to cloud save; we don't need to be reminded every freaking time we open the app.

5. However if I happen to open the wrong file it will not allow me to go back to the previous screen.

6. I try to access my files on OneDrive through the app, and it always says can't upload because it tells me I need to sign into my account which I automatically have already.

7. Its Crashing all the time since the most recent update back a few months ago.

8. Do you or have you come up with a fix for this yet? Please try and come up with an update on this issue as I really need it to do my daily work.

9. After a couple off frustrating attempts to sign in and, opening and closing the app, I give up to wait for the moment the app functions properly.

10. I used to be able to scan a document and forward it to a recipient within my email address book now I can't do anything the document doesn't stay, it just disappears.

11. Update got it to work for a couple hours then started up again.
