2. It has caused me to have countless missed calls, then i have to shut down the whole computer to be able to re-launch it and hope that it works.... im sorry to say but this app is a mess... I use it because it is what i am required to use for work.
3. Such bad codingWhen talking on phone the app does not turn off screen so as your ear is touching screen it changes the volume.
4. It needs to mimic the phone app and use proximity sensor to blank screen so accidental changes are not made.
5. I have lost customers, time, money and reputation because At&t uses cheap labor that does not understand or know how to set up their products.
