1. In an age where people rely on their phones in emergencies and for daily communication, it is unacceptable to push a change that affects voice calls to an entire account of more than 5 phone numbers without confirmation from the paying account holder.After the update my managers can no longer sign into the message only extensions.

2. It has caused me to have countless missed calls, then i have to shut down the whole computer to be able to re-launch it and hope that it works.... im sorry to say but this app is a mess... I use it because it is what i am required to use for work.

3. Such bad codingWhen talking on phone the app does not turn off screen so as your ear is touching screen it changes the volume.
