1. If you turn to this app for business use, well, good luck.I wanted an app i could open the files and copy and paste from, not share via cloud (which are the only share options available).

3. this viewer, while fast and everything else, does not allow me to do that.The app is really good I liked it but there are two problems, one, there are lots of adds, and two, the docx is minimised and can't be maximized so this are the problem other than its good please fix the problems .

4. The *one* thing which would make this a 5* app isn't even better editing facilities (I do have a WP on my tablet if I need it, this opens quicker though :)), it's the ability to change the zoom percentage *and* lock it at that size.

1. Fix Docx Reader Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Docx Reader: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Docx Reader App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Docx Reader" » Open Docx Reader - Office Reader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Docx Reader » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Docx Reader - Office Reader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Docx Reader servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Docx Reader - Office Reader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Docx Reader app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Docx Reader might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Docx Reader. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Docx Reader then reinstall.
