About Microsoft Planner

1. Planner makes it easy for your team to create new plans, organize and assign tasks, share files, chat about what you’re working on, and get updates on progress.

2. Built for Office 365, Planner lets you work together on the same tasks, attach captured photos directly to them, and even have conversations around tasks without switching between apps.

3. The My Tasks view provides a comprehensive list of all your tasks and their status across all your plans.

4. Microsoft Planner requires an eligible Office 365 work or school subscription.

5. To update the status or change assignments, just drag and drop tasks between columns.

6. With Planner, all your team’s discussions and deliverables stay with the plan and don’t get locked away across disparate applications.

7. Each plan has its own board, where you can organize tasks into buckets.

8. You can categorize tasks based on their status or on whom they’re assigned to.

9. Planner provides a simple, visual way to organize teamwork.

10. This app does not support Office 365 personal accounts (for example: name@outlook. com or name@hotmail. com).

11. When working together on a plan, team members always know who is working on what.

Microsoft Planner Customer Insights

1. Since I have multiple buckets, it's a pain to go back and forth and have to swipe over to the designated bucket every time I reopen the appWonderful app to help plot & track of all the small tasks that add up to a big project! Syncs perfectly with Microsoft Teams to delegate tasks stay on top of deadlines.

2. Planner has some advantages over Microsoft To Do in that the tasks can be displayed multiple ways: status, label, due date, priority and bucket.

3. Correspondingly, the lack of a desktop app is a definite shortcoming: I often have many tabs open in my browser and lose track of one or another. It seems to be great program with a lot of various options for the typical Microsoft office 365 business platform.

4. Yes to tasks by planner.I believe there are some other apps that work better than this.

5. I really like and use the "recurring" feature for tasks that repeat daily, weekly, monthly or on some other interval.

6. First time users often have a hard time finding the plans they're involved with, and creating a blank one instead...The UI is not totally intuitive or fluid and the lack of a dark mode is always a negative.

7. There's no real way to filter the tasks (I can look at them grouped by due date, but then it shows them in the wrong order to be helpful.

8. It takes considerable amount of time trying to get one from the other and a lot of extra steps that should not take his long.Absolutely great application.

9. Rather than copy past.I've started using Planner as my personal project and task tracker.

10. This system of tasks by planner is decent.

11. Having an analytical look at the project's process is a major asset when prioritizing what needs to get done first.I really enjoy the versatility of the app.
