1. Knowing I'm looking at the most recent version is very handy while developing and testing an app and something you frustratingly don't get in a laptop/PC web browser.Apps stuck on loading screen forever.

2. Only have it because it's required for work! PLEASE HELP!!Normally very slow but after last update not loading every time have to clear data and catch to log in and then again after few hours not loading.It works fine for me.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Power Apps Issues

1. Fix Power Apps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Power Apps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Power Apps App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Power Apps" » Open Power Apps » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Power Apps » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Power Apps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Power Apps servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Power Apps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Power Apps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Power Apps might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Power Apps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Power Apps then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Power Apps not working


2. Fix Power Apps Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Power Apps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Power Apps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Power Apps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
