Go Orange!The app works decent for me its easy to use after you figure out a few things it's been pretty seemless... it can be buggy and does some silly things like not updating on a load properly but then I log out and rel9g in and it usually fixes the issue! Rates should reflect empty miles and I'm curious about fuel surcharges and if that's included in rates or we just simply are not getting one... also It would be cool to be able to communicate through the app for notes on trailers or delays and such!Schneider is one of my favorite brokers but recently I was forced to buy a new phone.

2. I am pleased that Schneider has taken heed to our concerns and corrected those issues.I wish this app would give the driver a notification on a load that was previous completed 😒 You have to log every time into the app to see what loads are available for Power Only loads.

3. Got to better then this😆I like the UI but its missing lot of stuff; We need to login every time with User name and password- can't use your fingerprint or face id There should be a bidding tab on all the loads and every one should be able to see the lowest bid.

4. The reason I use the apps is to reduce the waisted time making phone calls.Works good, sometimes the app bugs out, I guess routine maintenance.

5. I tried the uninstall and reinstall, clearing the cache, log in log out and I'm still only seeing 5 loads when it clearly shows more matches in the top left corner.

6. I waste more time trying to get it open and running that I do actually finding and negotiating a load with any other company.

7. I would be willing to book more loads if they had the shipper and receiver information on there along with the commodity.

8. If they had a notification bell to signal the driver on familiar loads.

9. If your app is stuck on a load and you have to move on to another load, you aren't able to access pickup numbers etc.

10. Would be nice to be able to see shipper info and references in addition to city name.

11. It's a bothersome checking the app every hour to see what new loads they have listed on the app.

1. Fix Schneider FreightPower Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Schneider FreightPower: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Schneider FreightPower App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Schneider FreightPower" » Open Schneider FreightPower® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Schneider FreightPower » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Schneider FreightPower® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Schneider FreightPower servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Schneider FreightPower®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Schneider FreightPower app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Schneider FreightPower might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Schneider FreightPower. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Schneider FreightPower then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Schneider FreightPower not working

2. Fix Schneider FreightPower Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Schneider FreightPower be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Schneider FreightPower not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Schneider FreightPower may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
