1. I called Amazon they said they NEVER USE THIS OR ANY APP that this was a fraud! Businesses call claiming to be someone else, ask you to download THIS APP... I didn't get information typed out though they did have temporary phone access.

6. When before I could use my phone in a pinch.Well I for one fell for this, and yes it is a scam I had to close out my bank account and change my passwords because I was gullible and fell for it.

7. if there is any activity going on with your accounts.Don't use! The other person has access to everything on your phone including PayPal and your banking.

8. They were able to connect to my bank account and got access to my private info.

9. After 7 years of good service and support, I needed support to fix an issue with my phone which is what I use to control my sonos/alexa/Amazon songs with.

10. Last week it stopped working and it is no longer available or supported? What happened? As a remote technician I have paid these people THOUSANDS of $$$$ over the years.

1. Fix GoToAssist Support Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GoToAssist Support: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GoToAssist Support App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GoToAssist Support" » Open GoToAssist Support - Customer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GoToAssist Support » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GoToAssist Support - Customer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GoToAssist Support servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GoToAssist Support - Customer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GoToAssist Support app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GoToAssist Support might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GoToAssist Support. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GoToAssist Support then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GoToAssist Support not working

2. Fix GoToAssist Support Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GoToAssist Support be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GoToAssist Support not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GoToAssist Support may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
