1. I'm not having any issues with any other apps I am currently writing this review with voice to text as working fine.Multiple requests logged on their customer complaint field about no native dark mode on desk top version.
2. When you open multiple tickets through notifications, you can't get back to the ticket list, you instead keep going back through tickets that you've opened.
3. They acknowledged the problem and could not fix the issue!!!Notification sound stops playing after some time, which means I am not able to keep track of new messages.
4. (Which is odd because the web interface saves responses just fine.) This renders the Android app more appropriate for looking at tickets than responding to them.
5. Instead, I'm required to copy the entire ticket.I find this app very useful almost every day to keep on top of tickets.
6. Fix dark mode on desk top app! Fix notifications on mobile app please!Their chat box does not work.
7. It's clunky and certainly different from the web interface, but better than trying to work out of a mobile browser window.Trying this 2 years later again, and it's still as buggy, slow, and unresponsive as before.
8. Will probably go back to Gmail soon.I like the new interface for the app but I'm having a lot of issues with SwiftKey keyboard and Google's voice to text.
9. Other than that, I never run into any bugs and the app is well designed and easy to use for sending quick responses, assigning tickets, etc.
10. Very pleased! :)Just remember to finish your ticket responses before switching to another app, the ticket response isn't saved when you switch.
11. I'm unable to select and copy parts of a ticket.
