1. Join.me is user friendly even for those who aren't tech savvy.There exists no true Join.me app for android, one cannot start a meeting, screen share and allow mouse control, nor can they be allowed mouse control from the android.

2. I would just use the browser version, except that the sight forces me to download the app every time I try.DON'T! Used the paid version for some time a few years back, didn't used it for the last 3 years, yet they still billed me yearly and making it VERY Difficult to unsubscribe + the app doesn't even work on desktop ( mic is on mute and can't unmute).

3. Why are the video chat bubbles either tiny postage stamps or zoomed so far in a narrow angle that they're useless for seeing more than a single person? Why do I connect to a meeting, then also have to initiate a connection to the voice service? That's just poor functional design.

4. So annotation features should be provided.I used to screen share on my phone ALL the time while doing artwork, but now it won't even give me the option when I login.

5. I miss being able to share my artwork live with my friends straight through my phone.Used to be a great screen share/conference app.

6. ☆UPDATE ON 01/08/2023; The app will allow me to join meetings but still has the option of hosting a meeting greyed and unable to be selected.

7. Also, it kinda sucks that you can't share the audio of your device.This app worked on my phone one time.

8. When I try to turn on the audio, an error pops up, "Sorry, something went wrong, try again later." This message is less than helpful, and I can't find any knowledge base article that describe how to resolve the issue.

9. Then the limit being lowered from 10 to 2 made it impossible to use, unless you pay (Which, not a lot of people can afford nowadays!!) I could have tolerated that however, my biggest issue with your product now is that you don't have a VALID SECURITY CERTIFICATE.

10. These issues occurred on any device.It was rather frustrating, but the person who hosted the meetings that we went to watch doesn't really do it anymore, hence me rating this before deletion.

11. Finally, why the heck does audio chat not work over mobile data? THE WHOLE POINT OF A MOBILE APP IS USING IT ON THE GO.

1. Fix join.me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart join.me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the join.me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "join.me" » Open join.me - Simple Meetings » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for join.me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear join.me - Simple Meetings app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from join.me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "join.me - Simple Meetings" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check join.me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, join.me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall join.me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall join.me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing join.me not working

2. Fix join.me Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make join.me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to join.me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, join.me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
