iGes Customer Insights

1. No puedo creaer una base de datos nueva no me sale el boton de MENU, quisiera saber si puedo cambiar la moneda, los decimales, la tasa de impuestos.

2. Le agregaria la opcion de imprimir reporte con lista de precios de los productos y que puedas guardar los pedido, facturas, etc en formato pdf.

3. Tuve algunos problemas al crear productos y clientes o gastos, esto se borran, supongo que por la veraion demo.

4. This one does inventory, purchase orders, invoices, quotes and client interactions.

5. It is amazing that there are so many and they seem to miss the mark with one or two missing features contained in other apps.

6. I would have given 5 stars if not for the price of the plus version.If you put an product on the english market, make sure it"s suitable for it.

7. It definitely cost more than any other and I am debating if it is worth the price.

10. There are others that cost more per year however they are month to month and can opposite via the internet.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iGes Issues

1. Fix iGes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iGes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iGes App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iGes" » Open iGes - Simple invoicing » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iGes » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iGes - Simple invoicing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iGes servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iGes - Simple invoicing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iGes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iGes might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iGes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iGes then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iGes not working


2. Fix iGes Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iGes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iGes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iGes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
