    Kuda Customer Insights

    1. Since you won't refund either of my transactions, best u shutdown my account cos I can't continue with Ur kind of poor banking management.The first one was better cause, receiving and sending money then was very fast, but these one, people sent me money, but I didn't receive anything, yet they debited successfully and they bank also confirmed that the receiver has gotten it, but sadly, it didn't come.

    2. It has happened to me countless times.I've been sent money from two different accounts but I've not received it and them has not been reversed to their accounts, I've tried reaching through calls and in app messages but it's to no avail.

    3. I've sent countless emails in that regards for about 2 months now and nothing tangible has been done about it.I think one thing I must commend Kuda for, is the swift response in reversing debited declined transactions.

    4. That alone fascinates me! I've has a seamless experience for close to 2 years now since I started using it.The app at certain times refuses to login....it's so frustrating because it's happened too many times to be recognized as an issue.... especially when you need to do use it the most .... because of this I'm not sure I will put any serious cash in there because it has embarrassed me a couple of times when I needed to do a transfer.Very bad.

    5. And I need the money urgently!Great I have been enjoying this app but of late, services have not been smooth.

    6. Money received are not showed in the transaction history unlike before , making it difficult for one to trace any money that comes into your account.

    7. Money sent wasn't received by the recipient, neither was it reversed.

    Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kuda Issues

    1. Fix Kuda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


    1. Restart Kuda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
    2. Update the Kuda App. Here is how:
      1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kuda" » Open Kuda - Transfers and payments » click "Update".
      2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kuda » click "UPDATE".
    3. Clear Kuda - Transfers and payments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kuda servers.
      1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kuda - Transfers and payments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
    4. Check Kuda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kuda might not work.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall Kuda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kuda then reinstall.
    6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kuda not working


    2. Fix Kuda Server issues & Internet Connection


    1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kuda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
    2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kuda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
    3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kuda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
