I sent mail to customers care, no response.Don't try to download this App something is wrong with the App, you can only receive your money but if you want to withdraw problem 'sufficient fund' and at the end of the day you won't be able to log into your account again if you're trying to reopen or forget password 'your account is not active' to me is a scam! Close to #2,700 is gone,but you will be receiving SMS alert for your SIM.
2. My money in the bank keep depreciating every month for SMS charges even though I don't use the account.I tried to send data subscription worth of 1,000 to someone via the app on 26/09/2020, the transaction failed but my account was debited.
3. I visited the closest branch to complain, wrote letters, sent emails and text messages, all to no avail and no feedback.My experience has been terrible because I was not able to make transfer, buy airtime and after few attempts I was blocked without option of reactivation.
4. Especially make it possible to transfer money into Nirsal account not only to make transfers from the accounts only, we are in a time when depositing cash is in almost impossible.This app is terribly slow, unorganized and irresponsible.
