Since you won't refund either of my transactions, best u shutdown my account cos I can't continue with Ur kind of poor banking management.The first one was better cause, receiving and sending money then was very fast, but these one, people sent me money, but I didn't receive anything, yet they debited successfully and they bank also confirmed that the receiver has gotten it, but sadly, it didn't come.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kuda Issues
1. Fix Kuda Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Kuda: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Kuda App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kuda" » Open Kuda - Transfers and payments » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kuda » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Kuda - Transfers and payments app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kuda servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kuda - Transfers and payments" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Kuda app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kuda might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Kuda. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kuda then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kuda not working
2. Fix Kuda Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kuda be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kuda not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kuda may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
