On August 3, 2022, I went the Barri Services at Seller Brothers at 9800 Centre Pkwy, ste 700, Houston, Tx 77036, I gave Jocelyn M, I told her that I wanted to put $338 on my TXU bill and $150 on my City of Houston Bill. Instead she put $327 on my City of Houston Biil and the $150 on my TXU bill, because of this error, my lights may get cut off, because the money was due today. How can this be fixed? I have my receipts.
