1. I've uninstalled the app as well with no luckFollowing the update of this app, it will no longer work on my Samsung Galaxy phone (Android ver.9). I've used the app for years on this phone with no problem.
2. The amount of times I haven't been able to check my account because the app was down is way too high and frequent.The app is good when I can get in it...I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app because every couple days it won't let me in saying "connectivity lost" ....so it's not convenient for me at all.. I'm a little annoyed.
3. Even when you try to gain access but using your own security questions that you set up it says it's incorrect, then you go through the hassle of redoing the questions and honestly out of all the banks I've used, this one is absolutely horrid.App doesn't seem to be loading after prompts for username and password.
4. Just a button that says "Sounds Good."Flips a coin on whether or not it wants to work on any given day.
5. You apparently have done something in the update that has made it incompatible with my phone although your specifications say that it will work on Android version 9 and above.
6. The auto capture does not always work properly! EDIT: The response given is outdated and wrong.
7. I've gone through 5 hours of complete unusability simply because after I log in, the app doesn't read any touches on my screen after, Unable to transfer, zelle, or do anything besides closing the app and trying again.
8. It's now a white question mark in the upper left and this question mark does not provide the manual capture option.
9. It crashes a lot, some times won't open up or load at all, quick view doesn't right all the time, and I find it just to be very glitchy, laggy, and allow.
10. Whether it be showing accounts or trying to link cards to Google pay and other services the app always seems to have something wrong with it.
11. You try to make a payment on another account, in the same app., the screen goes to "transfer" with the talk bubble at the bottom.
