Best part is the app is user-friendly.Not what i expected a truck safety inspection app to be it was so confusing, as well as I didn't find any peace helpful good luck to who ever uses it but seem like it not for me.this company doesn't have a working phone number and when I finally found the web portal it is no functional and all links are dead.great app, i am a truck driver and using app since 1 month.

2. go for paperless.Worthless app can't even sign in to open app and see if I like it, so I would give zero stars if that was an option.finally got an app specially for truck maintenance.

1. Fix Fleet Management Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fleet Management: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fleet Management App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fleet Management" » Open Fleet Management - FleetRabbit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fleet Management » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fleet Management - FleetRabbit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fleet Management servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fleet Management - FleetRabbit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fleet Management app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fleet Management might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fleet Management. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fleet Management then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fleet Management not working

2. Fix Fleet Management Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fleet Management be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fleet Management not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fleet Management may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
