Networkfleet Manager Customer Insights

1. Shop around, Verizon just a money grab.Terrible. This app doesnt work on android phones at all.Stops working , very slowcould not log in!Being used malicipusly by my narcissist exThis is the worst app and tracker, you will find it just shows you the location of the vehicle and then when you try to get help and call Networkfleet for support to help you with the app & setup there's no one there to help you we have Delphi with Verizon it is the best, may I say the best vehicle tracker you could find but Verizon doesn't want to use them anymore because they have Networkfleet that they own, that is why they want you to use theirs, oh and the price goes from $10 a month for Delphi to $18 a month for Networkfleet basic I just imagine how much the other one is.

2. I would not recommend these to anybody, so when you ask a Verizon Rep to get another Delphi they can't get it but yes they can they just want you to use theirs because Delphi is not owned by Verizon they just use the network, do not waste your money and timeLike every other review it would not let me log on even after verifying my correct password and username online multiple times.

3. Never shows all the vehicles at the same time if it shows them at all.Horrible app for EMS constantly fails and can't track real time due to app being worthless for my needs.won't let me log in.

4. Never accepts your sign in the first time, have to repeat it.

5. Don't waste your money with this program.

6. Most the time log in fails.

7. Even having trouble on the computer.

8. It would authenticate and then my login would fail.

9. Very disappointed with this app. It's ok when you can log in.
