1. Would be very helpful to have on the home page what vehicles are assigned to the user logged in.works very good for our school district Update 5/23/2023 The updated app is flakey and stops radomly,takes forever to try to submit an inspection and fails regularly.

2. Now I am not able to finish my van's inspections at Amazon.This app crashes all the time and it hasn't received an update for the fixes.•App locks you out for no reason.

3. ABSOLUTE TRASH!It's really frustrating when you write out a work order and have multiple service tasks and you write out full descriptions, add labor and parts and then the app crashes.

4. I think a bit more testing should have been done on the update.It was working good before I changed my phone to a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G with Android 13.

5. This is, as far as I can tell truly a good app, it has many different uses and can be applied to almost any company and help keep stuff organized and tracked.

1. Fix Fleetio Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fleetio Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fleetio Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fleetio Go" » Open Fleetio Go - Fleet Management » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fleetio Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fleetio Go - Fleet Management app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fleetio Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fleetio Go - Fleet Management" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fleetio Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fleetio Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fleetio Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fleetio Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fleetio Go not working

2. Fix Fleetio Go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fleetio Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fleetio Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fleetio Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
