1. Problems with starting tasks and actually having the app start to task uploading photos it Bug's and it doesn't even capture it at times making you waste more time and we all know time is money.
2. Even when I complete a task when a new task is given, it auto brings up someones past order and I keep having to hit back.
3. Overall awesome appWorks great! Only thing that could be improved is to allow the worker to be able to switch the order of their dropoffs instead of having to reach out to management.
4. Overall a very user friendly driving app.On top of it not having a reliable connection to the app itself I find it and I've talked to some of my other coworkers who still have an updated who are having no issues whatsoever but with the few who have are experiencing the same problem.
5. And just when your app was starting to "click" for me, this most recent update has a major glitch: when backing out to the map after finishing a task, it gives you the global view.
6. Not certain if those are GPS problems or Onfleet issuesNearly a flawless delivery app, however issues with logging off and contacting customers can be frustrating.
7. The one suggestion I think would make it optimal for me is: when picking up 2 orders at once, it would be very helpful if I could select which order to deliver first.
8. Every time I open it, or have an order or hit back to see all my orders it zooms all the way out and shows Asia/Africa.
9. Turns out, you not only have to turn on Locations on your phone but you also have to turn it on through the app.Once you hit "start" to navigate ,you receive the notice for turning on the apps locations feature.
10. If you accidentally navigate the only way is to call your manage and have them unassign the task and reassign it, unless you click fail task and they reassign it.
11. Even after I fully compltete a task I keep getting ding to "Finsih task before leaving area" which I have.
