Keep up the good work, guys.Could do with the refresh screen button, well based on your reply the update is worse than the previous version because it doesn't always update the information on the screen I've had to log out and back in for it to update......The app struggles to update at times and there can be a significant delay in location.

2. Sorry girls and guys, but with each passing day, since TomTom passed to Continental, this reliable software is turning in to a disaster!I'd be lost without this Application, Tour Bus driver ... All over Ireland 🇮🇪This is a loser, it does not update, even if you restart the app.

3. Maybe consider a driver performance log where we can give or deduct points for obeying to the road rules, company set rules as well as general driving skills; awarding drivers with an annual performance bonus based on points.

4. Customer service fault reporting can be an issue, they expect you to pay for resolving a faulty unitI'm really appreciate it very much for using this, it works for mevery disgusted in the service and working of this app, trying for several days to come back on track with no results.

6. Plus, when a point is i.e. a parking on the highway, there is no address for that... Please add this feature to the app.If the older version was bad, this one is way worst then the previous.

7. The one main purpose of fleet management is knowing where you vehicles are and tomtom can't get that right, which make any of the other features of this app utterly pointless.

8. If I know where a point is exactly located on the map, I want to send an order to that exact point, not to communicate the street/no.

9. It is just giving you a small, very small, amount of information about the vehicles, the interface is like the first age of the graphics.

10. We currently have this on an Excel spreadsheet but would be nice to run it all from the platform...xxxThere's room for improvement but honestly I consider it a huge step forward compared to their old app.

11. Still no option to send an order by tapping on the map, like in the web interface.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WEBFLEET Issues

1. Fix WEBFLEET Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WEBFLEET: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WEBFLEET App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WEBFLEET" » Open WEBFLEET Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WEBFLEET » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WEBFLEET Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WEBFLEET servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WEBFLEET Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WEBFLEET app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WEBFLEET might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WEBFLEET. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WEBFLEET then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WEBFLEET not working


2. Fix WEBFLEET Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WEBFLEET be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WEBFLEET not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WEBFLEET may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
