1. Out of dozen similar apps that I tried not a single one works in real time unless the AIS info is from a satilite and for this you have to pay , useless and disappointingworst UI.. nonintuitive except 4 the icon that starts the app.. heh, seriously! bunches of people try 2 use this app but as soon as something just slightly better comes along, this will quickly die..Could not get it to work on my Samsung tablet.

2. It's pretty basic in terms of functionality, which is refreshing after using MarineTraffic's bulky, bloated, slow, and ugly app.I contacted the developer, cannot change the satellite / street map menu.

3. That said, it's a little quirky running in Samsung DeX.I am not a shipping company or anyone who NEEDS to know what I keep track of, but for what I keep an eye on, its great!Gets location in background while not in use.

4. Apart from that great little appNot showing accurate location or sailing direction unless using paid Sat Ais .

5. Sadly, I uninstalled in 3 minutes: The interfaces for menus are too small or confusing, there is no option to sign up, nor any options as per pricing, etc.

6. Login screen also 'froze' and I was never able to login.Can not log in or how you sign in to get an account 🤔.

7. Even though vessel sends periodic location , the location that Fleetmon shows is days old .

8. Just a login page that you cannot use, because you cannot sign up.

9. Tracked vessel for two days and showed no movement yet showed 15 kts speed .

10. This bug has existed on my android 11 tablet for some time please update it.

11. In an attempt to compare similar apps, I decided to try this one.

1. Fix FleetMon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FleetMon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FleetMon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FleetMon" » Open FleetMon » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FleetMon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FleetMon app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FleetMon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FleetMon" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FleetMon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FleetMon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FleetMon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FleetMon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FleetMon not working

2. Fix FleetMon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FleetMon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FleetMon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FleetMon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
