1. It wont pair, asks for bluetooth even though silk 3NX is not bluetooth (but is designed to be used with this app.) I got these for the remote support option as it's a 5hr round trip to my hearing professional and now they wont pair I'm asked to mail them back or take a whole day driving to them at my own expense.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Signia myHearing Issues

1. Fix Signia myHearing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Signia myHearing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Signia myHearing App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Signia myHearing" » Open Signia myHearing » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Signia myHearing » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Signia myHearing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Signia myHearing servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Signia myHearing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Signia myHearing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Signia myHearing might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Signia myHearing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Signia myHearing then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Signia myHearing not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Signia myHearing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
