But if you are looking for a better and reliable trading platforms in Nigeria then go for it.Poor system you can't verify your account.. my friend introduced me this nonsense app and I wanted to give a try almost 3 months is this, anytime I try to verify my account so that I can do the deposit then they said verification failed.. I you can't even chat live with them unless you reach out to them on email and if you reach out to them too they won't help you...It's easy to use so far and deposits are easier with the addition of a virtual naira account.
3. I recommend this app to those who are ready to grow financially and buy shares from different companies.Overall, I think Bamboo is a great app.
4. The reason why I thought it was a scam was when I wanted to withdraw money, I was stressed not knowing I haven't followed up according to the instructions giving.
5. Second, I would like to see Bamboo reduce the minimum trade amount from $10 to $5 for Ghanaians $10 dollars is too much.
6. Unlike Nigeria's $1 minimum trade amount.It was amazing, though I had some challenges of funding earlier but a friend helped me out.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Bamboo Issues
1. Fix Bamboo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Bamboo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Bamboo App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bamboo" » Open Bamboo: Invest. Trade. Earn. » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bamboo » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Bamboo: Invest. Trade. Earn. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bamboo servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bamboo: Invest. Trade. Earn." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Bamboo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bamboo might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Bamboo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bamboo then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bamboo not working
2. Fix Bamboo Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bamboo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bamboo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bamboo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
