Joggo Customer Insights

1. I'd love it if there was an option to lock the screen while the app is still visible (I have another app that does this) so I can see where I am, especially when on the treadmill.I love the running plans themselves however, my experience with them is having to keep the screen of my phone on or it doesn't give me the next cue always.

2. My biggest issue is that the audio prompts mute themselves for some reason when I put my phone on the sleeve holder when I'm running.

3. But the non-running workouts are not good - no voice prompts and no pauses between activities, making it nearly impossible to follow.

4. There are hundreds of workouts apps out there that have voice prompts and are easier to use, so would recommend them before this one for non-running workouts.Very simple, very easy to use.

5. App also projected a huge weight loss in a very short time which seemed unrealistic and poss dangerous.I answered the goal question "to improve time running.

6. There is tons of issues with the interface, does not track distance accurately, the prompts for exercises are delayed, and not all of the "workouts" have guidance.

7. There is no timer prompt so unless you are starring at your phone the whole time you won't know when to switch exercises.

8. I have to restart my phone, and then it will open correctly one time before it starts glitching again.

9. If I hold the phone during a workout, I can monitor whether it mutes and watch the timer.

10. It walks you carefully through the process, including the warm ups, and includes more useful tips about running posture ect.

11. Quite basic plans and means of progression not transparent, leaving you stuck on the same level for weeks with no explanation.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Joggo Issues

1. Fix Joggo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Joggo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Joggo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Joggo" » Open Joggo - Run Tracker & Coach » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Joggo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Joggo - Run Tracker & Coach app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Joggo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Joggo - Run Tracker & Coach" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Joggo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Joggo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Joggo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Joggo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Joggo not working


2. Fix Joggo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Joggo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Joggo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Joggo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I was just charged 47.88 and also 66.00 today through my PayPal which I just canceled. I NEVER signed up for this. I need my money back. I DID NOT Authorize any payments or subscriptions ever.
