This happens constantly and is bad enough that I'm seriously considering changing to another insurance carrier There's no point in having an account with someone if I can never access that account, especially in the THIRD DECADE OF THE 21ST CENTURY!The mobile app is junk, it will not allow you to log in, continually prompts you to activate and register your online account.

2. What's the point of having a app to pay with when it never works.App lets me log in, but then it throws out an error message of "There is a temporary technical problem fetching your policy.

3. I don't use the app often, so it would be nice if my username or login option would actually save like it's supposed.Worthless. I set to use fingerprint recognition.

4. I am able to see my current account status for both my home and auto, and can access and download (pdf) files of all my past and current statements.

5. I have contacted customer support, sent pictures of the issues and nothing.I began receiving a "service unavailable" error message.

1. Fix Hanover Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hanover: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hanover App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hanover" » Open Hanover Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hanover » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hanover Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hanover servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hanover Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hanover app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hanover might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hanover. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hanover then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hanover not working

2. Fix Hanover Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hanover be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hanover not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hanover may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
