1. Being able to immediately suspend lost or stolen cards gives great peace of mind.The card alert update is horrible and almost useless! I have a credit card (not debit-- don't want debit) and I can no longer temporarily inactivate the card or set a charge limit.

2. Cons: Since it's a separate app from the banking app, you have to enter each card AND it doesn't have the card scan feature so you have to actually type in the info; again, separate app, so yet another app using space on my phone and another user name and password to forget.

3. I have uninstalled it restarted my phone and installed it again multiple times and nothing I was hoping this app would work for me since sometimes I misplaced my card but it's not working hasn't been for a while and I'm disappointed.

4. For now it's semi-useless, space consuming, duplicated effort, that requires yet another user name password.I can't log in half the time I open it, even though I'm putting in the literal same password that works on every other Golden1 application linked to my account.

5. From the start, this should have been built into a release of the regular banking app, not built as a separate app.I've been trying to set up my account on different occasions for the last 3months giving it a chance maybe thinking updates would change that over time.

6. Couldn't add and suspend the lost card because you must type in the entire card number including security code to register it.

7. DISAPPOINTED!!!Pros: Quick set-up; easy controls; requires phone access, but G1 has explained in response to other reviews that this is for it to link the account to the phone for extra security.

8. Complete waste of space.Why is this a separate app?! WHY? This app was suggested after I lost my card.

1. Fix Golden 1 Card Controls Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Golden 1 Card Controls: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Golden 1 Card Controls App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Golden 1 Card Controls" » Open Golden 1 Card Controls » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Golden 1 Card Controls » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Golden 1 Card Controls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Golden 1 Card Controls servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Golden 1 Card Controls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Golden 1 Card Controls app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Golden 1 Card Controls might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Golden 1 Card Controls. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Golden 1 Card Controls then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Golden 1 Card Controls not working
