1. I am excited to use the card control features in the app for my credit cards! I look forward to future improvements in the app! It looks visually very crisp and tidy btw! i like the lookAfter an update I haven't been getting any notifications at all! They aren't even delayed, none of the recent transactions show up to begin with.
2. And being told to wait for an update that would never come to Google play.What good is a card controls app if it won't allow me to log in to lock or unlock my card?! I've tried several times to access my account on the Golden 1 app AND the Golden 1 card controls app.
3. 🤷🏻 ♂️Edit: i was able to log in this time... this was my third day where i sat down to attempt to set up Card Control... fortunately today it let me in! It did allow me to add my credit cards! Unfortunately, it did not recognize my Debit card, which i have already activated and used out there for transactions.
4. No other internet issues with any other app, so I don't think it's my phone or connection.Can't log in! I have no issues logging into account version, but can't log in to change controls which is inconvenient! Nothing wrong with my password either.

Easily one of the ease of use for its benefits and a great for the Californians and dated user friendly track of transactions, only thing keeping it froma solid 5 is because it's kinda hard to see the debits and credits differentiate with either different colors or positive/negative symbols to the transaction amount.
6. I end up withdrawing cash before going out of town since I'm not able to change my card controls.
7. It's just bad customer service! Too many problems persist!I'm loving my G1CU Card control's app.
8. Locking and unlocking my cards works and I get transaction alerts, but for almost everything else I get an error that the servers are unreachable.
9. This has been going on for many versions and all the usual fixes (first caches, uninstall and reinstall, etc) don't help.
10. Keep getting an error message "unable to authenticate account".
11. I think it's worked twice out of the last 10 months... Error tells me to try again later or call customer support.
