1. I've been making transfers to the acc on the app and online banking for years with no issues but this is very aggravating.The mobile app is convenient for on the go account status.
2. I'm really tired of uninstalling out and reinstalling it everytime i need to check somethingUPDATE: 2/28/23 Latest update can't effect a transfer between accounts without shutting down.
3. I call customer service to see whats the issue and they say there's no issues or anything preventing me from making transfers on their end but they are allowed to do the transfer for me.
4. To the app development team-kudos for sticking with it under the pressure from a lot of disappointed members, I work in systems integration and I understand how hard it can be to find a bug.Utterly worthless to use mobile deposit.
5. I make sure my camera lens is clean and follow the on-screen prompts verbatim, yet I have to restart the process anywhere from 5-10 times before I stop getting the "Could not process your deposit" error and it goes through.
6. Would be nice if it showed the correct statement balance like it used to.The Last update is a complete failure.
7. Certain screens get you stuck and you need to either close the app or restart the transfer process.
8. Few things that could be useful - allow you to go back to accounts after making transfers.
9. Please fix.The app used to work great for allowing me to check my account balances and see which transactions had cleared.
10. The mobile app is essential for making deposits so I don't have to run around locating a shared branch.
11. Whenever I try to I get a pop up message that says "you do not have eligible accounts or permission to make transfers".
