1. I dont see any chat option to discuss on this, couldn't reach out to customer care due to a long waiting over call.Overall a very good app, easy to use, you will get fresh nonveg items.. As a customer I would prefer more options like full chicken which has head, feet, gizard, liver rather buying half kg everytime, it's annoying.Their service is reasonably good, one thing that they can improve is the reachability of their customer service agents by phone.
