1. 😠 Annoying.Worst experience, no call from the delivey guy, when i call customer care, they gave delivery guy number, when asked when he will come, the delivery guy said "i dont know".

2. Total lack of customer care.I enjoy shopping here, but the only thing that I have found is that it's not easy to rate a product with a written review, always an issue with posting it.

3. Cannot get a hold of call center, no one has addressed my multiple emails, chat service does not work.
