DON'T SUBSCRIBE WITH THEM, THEY ARE SAVING ALL CREDIT CARD DETAILS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU.Overall it's a good app based on food delivery services but there some bad things they need to consider 1) The customer service support is at its worst, we can never reach them for any current orders 2) ToYou grocery items never available after you added in cart 3) monthly payment for tabby 28th is wrong it should be 1st or b4 5th 4) instant calling customer service support not available 5) message replies are like extremely late so u need to solve by yourselfWorst experience ever.

This happened 3 times in a row.Discount application and support Make the delivery discount applicable without need to copy it, as many might forget it, application limits 1 time customer complain per order, where in my case customer service close the claim and I couldn't raise another claim or escalate it, a side from very late reply..Very poor service from the delivery agents...almost agents haven't cash change if the payment method is cash..i had to cancel the order 2 or 3 times because of this issue..Messages with delivery drivers are lagging and don't go through.

3. I will be reporting this app to the ministry of commerce as what it's doing is disingenuous and predatory.I'm extremely disappointed in To You's food delivery service in Riyadh.

4. I'm highly disappointed in the service provided and would not recommend it to anyone.Thick as thieves, no way to contact the merchant if your order is wrong and you're lucky if you can even get an order in thats correct.

5. I keep getting the message "we can't deliver now, we will tell you when we can" after filling the order basket and payment info, then I get a message that you can deliver now.

6. Very bad!Very bad experience They auto renewed my subscription without any prior notification, so they stolen my money and refused to refund at the first day of the renewal! Nothing is useful more than their support team.

7. I placed an order two hours ago and the food was ready at the restaurant, but the To You representative never showed up.

8. It was one of the best apps, however recently they started up charging by minuplating menus, they add 10 Sar to every single menu item and promise free delivery.

9. I even tried connecting to the to you customer support, for an hour and still got no response.

10. Their subscribtions are even worse, the moment you subscribe they delete alot of restaurants that used to be available for you and force you into specific Restaurants.

1. Fix ToYou Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ToYou: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ToYou App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ToYou" » Open ToYou: Fast Delivery Service » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ToYou » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ToYou: Fast Delivery Service app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ToYou servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ToYou: Fast Delivery Service" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ToYou app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ToYou might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ToYou. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ToYou then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ToYou not working

2. Fix ToYou Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ToYou be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ToYou not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ToYou may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
