1. After that any number of calls to the number is unanswered!! Fipola numbers are only giving various options to select and calls are on hold indefineltly!! Don't know whether the one item will be delivered or refund will done!!Very poor customer service.
2. It has replicated my old address umpteen no of times.Worst experience, I ordered for the first time thinking it must be good, but the quality of the chicken is worst it was clearly visible that it's not fresh at all, it was frozen chicken.
3. There seems to be a minor bug in the app - the state mentioned in the customer's address is defaulting to Tamil Nadu even if we order from another state.
4. Still I thought of cooking but it was a total waste of my time energy and money, I couldn't eat because of medicine smell, it was clearly medicated to slow down the spoiling process.
5. My call gets dropped automatically once I reach position one in the queue.The App is very user friendly and the delivery service is greatly appreciated.
