1. Makes me lose my ordering window because of login glitches or deleted cart items that I end up rushing to whole foods to stand in line and ponder my hunger and existence.. I know, first world problems! I want to order my Steaks and eat them too! darn it!Not functional most of the time every other update it seems that they fix the app somewhat and with the next they break it again the delete button does not work for removing items that aren't available so I can't go through with my order.

2. with fresh direct, even opening the app on a modern cell phone takes 10 seconds and checking out of the fresh direct card or adding something to an existing order is a real occasion, resulting in me buying a lot less than I would like to.A buggy mess.

3. Instead of letting me browsing most categories in a vertically scrollable list, I can only see parts of each category and I need to scroll horizontallly and vertically, go in and out of different subcategories.Easy to search and review order, love the chance to make changes the day before.

They really need to insulate their bags with ice like competitors do and watch how long their deliveries sit in the heat.Not sure if the app or the site is to blame but switching from one to the other EMPTIES MY ENTIRE CART which I then have to spend time putting everything I needed back into it.

5. I had to throw them away, spent 30 min on the phone w customer service to get a refund, and am currently searching for a replacement service so I don't have to use Fresh Direct in the spring/summer.

6. I shouldn't have to dig for it!Nice idea but the fact that I had to go back online to order, because this app won't let you add your phone number at checkout is almost bad for business because you can't checkout unless you do this.

7. It adds extra items to orders so I have to be very vigilant when I pick an item that it doesn't add 3 or 4 extra items to my cart when I only wanted one.

8. Android needs the same energy you have for iOS fresh directCrashes and freezes Frequently locks my phone up completely for like 30 seconds, then I finally can force quit the app.

9. The actual food delivery service is fantastic! I'm very happy with it! But the app is garbage.The new design of the app looks nicer but added a lot of confusion.

1. Fix FreshDirect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FreshDirect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FreshDirect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FreshDirect" » Open FreshDirect: Grocery Delivery » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FreshDirect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FreshDirect: Grocery Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FreshDirect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FreshDirect: Grocery Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FreshDirect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FreshDirect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FreshDirect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FreshDirect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FreshDirect not working

2. Fix FreshDirect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FreshDirect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FreshDirect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FreshDirect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
