Instead of the loyalty barcode being easy to reach you have to My Account Settings of all places and to top it off it doesn't even show me a barcode, just a picture saying "Loyalty Card Earn points and extra savings!!! MyThyme Loyalty: Real Rewards" I have an account and already clipped coupons, if I'm unable to use them I will not be shopping at Fresh Thyme anymore.Wouldn't let me use the app, kept glitching and telling me to check my internet, I uninstalled and reinstalled it after several days of trying to get into the app, now it won't let me log into my account, just tells me "sorry, an error occurred while processing your request".

2. This is horribly time consuming & frustrating.After releasing a very bad update in February, they emailed users in March apologizing and claiming the issues have been resolved.

3. I can't bieve time and money was spent to turn the app into an unusable disaster.What happened??? App was fine before and now recent update had made the UI extremely frustrating and the app next to useless.

4. How can executives be absolutely clueless!Recent Update Makes It Almost Unusable - the size of each coupon is huge & you have to scroll a ton to get to the clip button.
