I'm giving 4 stars for now, but I'll definitely change it to 5 stars when my app starts working.I'm really impressed with the delivery time and the quality of the products received... the packaging was A+... one would have to spent much time, effort and expense just to find the things available in grocerApp... job well done... Super easy...Pathetic Service.

2. Missing AirLift app :-(.Good app for timely delivery of vegetables fruits and daily grocessory .. I Ordered first day and quality of delivered items is great.

11. I thought to buy their full year membership earlier this month after reading their FAQs / TOS that you can cancel within 15 days but you'll have to then pay for deliveries that took place during 15 days, you'll get a refund.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GrocerApp Issues

1. Fix GrocerApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart GrocerApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the GrocerApp App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GrocerApp" » Open GrocerApp - Grocery Delivery » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GrocerApp » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear GrocerApp - Grocery Delivery app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GrocerApp servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GrocerApp - Grocery Delivery" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check GrocerApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GrocerApp might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall GrocerApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GrocerApp then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GrocerApp not working


2. Fix GrocerApp Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GrocerApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GrocerApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GrocerApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
