4. Prices slightly higher than the market but the quality is superb and the delivery is swift.

5. I placed order two times but no response at all and now it's been 1 weak and even the order was so simple and less that it can't be thought that it should have taken some time.

6. They charged 45 per kg in the final bill and the quantity was 2.5kg. Upon questioning they refused to accept even when I shared the pictures and videos with them.

7. First they charged me extra for delivery and then the quantity was less.

1. Fix Freshmart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Freshmart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Freshmart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Freshmart" » Open Freshmart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Freshmart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Freshmart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Freshmart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Freshmart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Freshmart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Freshmart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Freshmart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Freshmart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Freshmart not working

2. Fix Freshmart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Freshmart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Freshmart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Freshmart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
