1. Are you people purposely trying to rob the pockets of people on disability by rejection? Fix your time slot, you have a message that pops up saying no more time slots, you should have a more thorough option than that!!!!Have tried about 6 times over last 2 weeks to register and sign in.

2. Just when u think you are going to complete the order process the app goes down!Why am 8 only able to add some digital coupons and not others? What is the point if it's not completely functional? Also it's not that intuitive and kind of choppy.

3. This app needs a lot of work.The app is excellent, because it is convenient .I always have a problem when it is time to pay for my purchase , options are EBT, house account , it skips credit card options.App is terrible.

4. Why do I have to press buttons to load coupons in the app when I'm a member? Favorites list doesnt work.

5. Very frustrating!!! Therefore ZERO STARS (wish they had negative stars) !!! 😦😦😥😥😣😣 Now it won't let me remove the 1 star I hit by accident!!!!!!!!The last update was Nov.

6. There's a lot of adjustment that has to be done.Difficult 2 shop thru, and when I attempted to check out, I noticed my cell phone number was incorrect, I was unable to change it.

1. Restart The Fresh Grocer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Fresh Grocer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Fresh Grocer" » Open The Fresh Grocer: Shop & Save » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Fresh Grocer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Fresh Grocer: Shop & Save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Fresh Grocer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Fresh Grocer: Shop & Save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Fresh Grocer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Fresh Grocer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Fresh Grocer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Fresh Grocer then reinstall.
