Such a mess.Worst experience ever Very poor quality of furniture Labor don't care where they're putting the nails they damaged several pieces and they won't say anything until you notice Pieces of the furniture came defected from the manufacturer or missing pieces or scratched They missled also we bought a tv unit from the store and when it was delivered the legs were different colors than the one we chose in the showroom Don't buy from them anything.I bought a mirror from home box, but unfortunately, after opening the package, I realized that its wooden frame is completely broken, I am very unhappy with my purchase, and this is the first and last time I will buy from there.it was very bad experience.

No one followed up my complains (neither through the application nor phone calls) for more than 12 days.Unprofessional ,disappointing ,Very very bad experience after 1 week of paying online and confirming the order , fake information, they told me that the items are not available and it would take from 2 to 3 weeks to refund the money.its not the perfect one?? Its so slow and there is options not exist like the cancelation of the order olso in the payment process it takes timeAdding more disappointment to old review.

3. Also, many of the items show available (in stock) but once added to the basket, it shows an out-of-stock item! There is an issue with the real-time update and hence I am rating a very poor service experience.Very bad shopping experience Big delay in delivery, waiting 12 days more than estimated delivery time and not yet recieve the bedroom even paid in advance.

4. And the commitments made on the phone have been fulfilled 1/4 times.Bad experience, false information for delivery date and driver number and asked to re-schedule.

5. Drawer broke in less than a year and after sales service guys are still struggling to arrange an inspection even after 7 whole days.

6. They simply make fake promises on delivery and do the same missing parts drama everytime.

8. For the second order we are still waiting for the parts and its been 2 weeks already.

9. Both the times the delivery people said that there were some missing parts in the box.
