1. One problem area is that you have to fall through the developers process instead of the work at hands logical completion process, it's very design denotes poor task management which should indicate that the memory management would be poor tooThis is hands down the worst program ever to exist.

Do us and yourself a favor and please, for the love of GOD, go use a REAL inspections app like InspectorAde and learn how a form should be layed out, how EASY it SHOULD be to take pictures and how logging out of the form should NEVER ERASE YOUR WORK AND PHOTOS!!!Why do i have to keep uninstalling then reinstall this app to work properly? Very frustrating.

3. Everything has severe lags....Downloands, uploads, response to form answers and taking pictures.Code and layout for this app is CLEARLY not written by anyone who has EVER done work in the field with a similar app.

4. Too many problems to put on here and have heard from dozens of other users that have the sameVery disappointed, this app drains battery life, very slow to sync, and having trouble uploading results, it keeps crashing at 59 percent.

5. i even considered quitting the company i work for because I hate this app so bad the company needs to do a lot of work on the apo to make it easier for inspectors to useAbsolutely the worst app I have ever used.

6. I have 24 hours to turn results in and have not been able to turn them in since Friday.As an inspector with software development experience, this app is poorly designed and implemented.

7. you get to a home and you never know if its gonna work or not until you start filling it out and the photo labels are so spread out it takes forever to find them.

8. This app locks up a Galaxy Note 9 that is maxed out in memory, which indicates poor memory management, and from a developer claiming to be a business resource.

9. I've been using it for 2 years, and it's been a lowsey experience the entire time.Horrible. Forms take forever to load.

10. Also has many glitches that have cost me more than a half dozen lost inspections ranging from no connectivity when I'm in LTE coverage to showing the inspection under one user name/pw when it was actually under another.

1. Fix Form.com Classic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Form.com Classic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Form.com Classic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Form.com Classic" » Open Form.com Classic » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Form.com Classic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Form.com Classic app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Form.com Classic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Form.com Classic" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Form.com Classic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Form.com Classic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Form.com Classic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Form.com Classic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Form.com Classic not working

2. Fix Form.com Classic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Form.com Classic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Form.com Classic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Form.com Classic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
