1. Looks like I am out some money now due to the incompetence of this app's development team.SENDING FAILED TRY AGAIN FIX!! You cannot have your cold wallet on the same device otherwise you will not be able to complete ANY transactions.

2. Because this was unlisted from tron.network website and rewards issue I have decided to move my tokens to another wallet I have had.

3. UPDATE: NOT SURE WHAT SPURRED THE RESPONSE FROM SUPPORT; THE BAD REVIEW OR THE 10TH MESSAGE, EITHER WAY, SUPPORT WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE FULLY, AND MY ASSET WAS RECOVERED.

6. I'm able to swap for certain coins that other apps dont support.

7. I did see it once but when i click on history nothing now shows.Recently I have noticed that this was unlisted from tron.network website as recommended wallet.

8. BE WARNED, DO NOT USE THEM!App is not opening anymore, just got a black screen, don't know what happened but recent update likely caused a issue with loading the app.

9. Like project itself.First time opening the app since over a year ago and I panicked, thinking my wallet was gone.

10. You need to download the app onto ANOTHER device and then import your cold wallet onto that device.

11. Thanks! The current value still doesn't update, but the more I mess with the app, the better I like it.I would give 5 stars but there's a couple things I need fixed.

1. Fix Vision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vision" » Open Vision: Bitcoin Crypto Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vision: Bitcoin Crypto Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vision: Bitcoin Crypto Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vision not working

2. Fix Vision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
