1. Especially one i know many people loved.Easy and convenient to use at any time! Money transfers are easy, paying your credit card is easy, and managing your finances could be made easier through the use of the app! With convenient money transfers through Zelle, so it makes paying back friends way easier! And they can pay you back with easy transactions straight to your bank account! I use the app all the time!This app, and the overall webpage experience, is going the wrong way.

2. How is that useful? Finally, I am most disappointed that the website uses the same unfortunate interface as the app...I liked the old app where the account summary page would show present balances and next to that pending balances which was written as a text link, which when selected showed the pending deposits and transfers.

3. The app (on our Android phone), along with the main Visionline web application (we run Windows 10 with the Firefox browser), from time to time gets an "unkown error" and ends the session.

4. Got updated a second time, now it doesn't ever freaking load when signing in, when it does, it takes more than 40 seconds.

5. If I'm in an account I should be able to select transfer and be taken to a transfer page with thToo slow.

6. Your transaction list and available balance do not agree, transactions disappear, lag in showing up.

7. When 90% of the time i open the app to check my balance.

8. If I transfer from one account to another I should be able to see it without logging out and back in 3 times.very, very convenient.

9. Overall, the app could be better and easier to use.Love using the app, loved the new look, it was fast, except the update doesn't allow me to see the photo of the checks I write anymore.

10. you can easily see your balances, make transfers, and sumbit checks (along with many other features).

11. Same remark for the graph showing the proportion of debt...it's showing payment info not balance.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Visions FCU Issues

1. Fix Visions FCU Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Visions FCU: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Visions FCU App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Visions FCU" » Open Visions FCU Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Visions FCU » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Visions FCU Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Visions FCU servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Visions FCU Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Visions FCU app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Visions FCU might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Visions FCU. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Visions FCU then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Visions FCU not working


2. Fix Visions FCU Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Visions FCU be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Visions FCU not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Visions FCU may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
