1. Lol ppl complaining about ads and clouds they can't use, keep it simple! For a few bucks? Go and buy a real scanner machine if you need it to do that much even thought this app is as good! Ads are necessary to keep it going... It is just a one time pay and it's worth it! ... STOP COMPLAINING!An extremely useful app.

2. The program itself has an excellent post processing and easy feature to email scans to myself.PLEASE HELP! I bought the pro version because of the auto upload to google drive.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fast Scanner Plus" » Open Fast Scanner Plus:PDF Doc Scan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fast Scanner Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fast Scanner Plus:PDF Doc Scan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fast Scanner Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fast Scanner Plus:PDF Doc Scan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fast Scanner Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fast Scanner Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fast Scanner Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fast Scanner Plus then reinstall.
