DYORSCan't logging my account, because sms verification code is not working since 20days, saying that maintenance is going on why they can't solve such a problem, moreover there is no option to log in site also because sms verification not working and there is no option to sent code through email, very upsetNice app, so lovely,,, but you people should remove the 3 usd buying minimum limit and put it at lest 1 usd minimum ,,, there are many coin to buy in the app,, I want you people to know that it difficult for people in other countries like the African countries to buy may coin, with that 3 usd minimum because dollar is very high in our local currency,, please I want the developers to look into it,,,, please make it easy for us to buy more coin, at least 1 usd minimum,,, thanksTired and tiring! Everytime it auto logs me out and then when I try to login says system is busy.

2. Thank you for your work.Everything is FAKE!!! Do not use this platform! You will not be able to take your money back!!! I'm using that 1 month now for day trading and i realised that i couldn't sale at the listing price i added, cause they have "wrong" prices to see so if you compare the cryptos with an othes exchange app you will see big difference in price!! KEEP AWAY FROM THEM! I already lost 40% of my Funds... and that wasn't my mistake! If you will see the diagrams you can see that the prices moving from a bot.The cointiger app is fantastic; it offers me early access to coins because they are the first exchange to list new coins and they offer tonnes of airdrops, from which I have benefitted, in contrast to other exchanges that don't.

3. I am no longer able to access my account, their support team have refused to address this issues.A reasonable experience overall.(Android version) Please work on the price alerts so that they can go off even when we are not in the app.

4. This is very terrible.Worst platform ever tried in my life! It doesn't make you trade, it frooze your holdings while trading and keeps it there for days.

1. Restart CoinTiger-Crypto Exchange: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CoinTiger-Crypto Exchange App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CoinTiger-Crypto Exchange" » Open CoinTiger-Crypto Exchange » click "Update".
