1. I recently tried to cash a money order which was initially accepted but 10 days later I find that they changed their mind and didn't cash it, no reason given! Also they are supposed to charge a range of different fees for different types of checks but I've always been charged the highest amount no matter what the type of check.

When I contacted customer service, Brittany, had no explanation and kept repeating that I could request a different form of payment because his check image is insufficient with the previous ones - no matter how many times I retook the picture (different backgrounds, different lighting, flash on/off).

3. Then I tried to cash a check from a person who writes me checks on a normal basis and they all of a sudden declined it and told me the check image was insufficient.

4. At least twice I was on hold in excess of 40 minutes straight.This service has declined my checks every single time since I randomly attempted to use it over the last 4 or so years.

5. I've used the app to cash checks from the same (employer) source and Suddenly for no reason my check would be refused (many times).

6. Think I'll just delete this!Bad Experience! After installing the app, attempted to cash a check, and transfer funds to another account.

7. Lots of problems with refusal of a very clear picture and I have wasted a lot time retaking photos of the check only to be refused over and over until I gave up.

8. Done with this.I downloaded the app and all seemed to be going ok I tried to deposit my first check and they denied it due to "address issues".

9. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for 4+ hours before the call disconnected.

10. I've been trying to authenticate my account by uploading a picture of both the front and back of my state id and the app crashes every time.

11. Definitely would not recommend this service.Started using this app to cash checks out of convenience.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ingo Money App Issues

1. Fix Ingo Money App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ingo Money App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ingo Money App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ingo Money App" » Open Ingo Money App – Cash Checks » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ingo Money App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ingo Money App – Cash Checks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ingo Money App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ingo Money App – Cash Checks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ingo Money App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ingo Money App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ingo Money App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ingo Money App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ingo Money App not working

I would like my account or any data that you have associated with anything from.. I would like all data profiles made in reference to, in connection with or any data or accounts conducted from any of my personal information and my Identity to be permanently deleted..
