CardioVisual Customer Insights

1. Sadly does not work.It definitely does not work on galaxy s22, the app doesn't even open, white screen.This is an Amazing app.😍 one can learn from experts Cardiologist about Condition & Treatments as well very helpfull for students and Doctors 😇.This is the best app for giving you accurate and simple explinations on conditions/procedures involving the cardiovascular system! I highly recommend you get this app!I am stuck on the screen asking for my specialty.

2. It shouldn't come as the first search result for " heart rate monitor"Samsung ultra 22+ white screen upon launching.

3. If not could you add?becoming aware of cardio secrecy that renders my behavior more subjectively practical & conscious against certain risks that may jeopardize my well being at a certain degree!!!why you need camera as for I got your info quiet good without camera.

4. Installed and looked to subscribe to Premium but option doesn't seem to exist.It's a good and informative app but it's not a heart rate monitor.

5. This app wont take more than a few seconds a day and it will help you avoid worst case scenarios.Does not work on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ulltra Initially nothing worked.

6. I will be starting my final semester in Nursing this Fall and will use the additional material in the app to assist with a better understanding of what we are learning, heart failure, aFib, vFib, etc.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CardioVisual Issues

1. Fix CardioVisual Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart CardioVisual: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the CardioVisual App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CardioVisual" » Open CardioVisual: Health Education » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CardioVisual » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear CardioVisual: Health Education app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CardioVisual servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CardioVisual: Health Education" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check CardioVisual app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CardioVisual might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall CardioVisual. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CardioVisual then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CardioVisual not working


2. Fix CardioVisual Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CardioVisual be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CardioVisual not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CardioVisual may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
